COUPLES:    FACE TO FACE OR VIA SKYPE
GROUPS: FACE TO FACE, OR ONLINE, VIA WEBINARS OR IN AN AGREED VENUE.

(PLEASE NOTE: VENUE COACHING WILL NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL AFTER THE COVID 19 PANDEMIC IS OVER).

Being a Transformation Coach, my emphasis is usually on helping my clients develop the Growth Mindset and ditching their limiting or negative beliefs about themselves. The positive attitude of: “I can do this .. all I need is to learn how!” is what is required. If that is not already there, then we will (you and I) will work together to bring about a positive transformation.

Predominantly, I apply CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Mindfulness techniques to coach my clients.

 I combine a range of coaching styles to help you achieve the success you seek.
 It is completely solution-focused and aimed at Helping You Gain Clarity of What You Really 
Want, in your Life, Your Relationship, Your Career or Your Business and how you can achieve those goals.

  – We will examine: What it is that You Really Want and

  – What is Preventing You From Getting it. 

  – Using the appropriate techniques, I will give you the relevant guidance that will enable you to

overcome the obstacles in your way, so you can achieve the desired success.

==>> You will learn several relationship techniques to help you understand your partner better.
==>> You will understand the “5 Love Languages” as established by Dr Gary Chapman.
==>> You will learn about the 5 Emotional Connection Bids that will help you stay connected

 emotionally with your partner.

==>> Introspection – You get a chance to reflect deeply on what you really want in your 

          relationship and what is preventing you from getting it.

R: Realistic. 
T. Time-limited.
